Annual Confabulation & Soiree '25

Annual Confabulation Resounding Success

On Sunday, September 7th, ’25 The Royal Exploration Corp held its Annual Confabulation and Soiree. The festivities took place at the R.E.C.’s favorite North American event location, “The Broken Compass” of Burbank California where Corp Officers, Distinguished Members, and honored guest gathered to discuss the year’s past expeditions and future plans.

At one point, Commander T. Youngington called the attention of those in attendance and took a moment to address the distinguished group. He gave a brief review of the prominent topics of conversation and followed up with a heartfelt “Thank You” to all who participated.
Once finish, the floor was yielded to Doctor J.N. Shortbottom who followed up on, and endorsed, the Commander’s address.

The Confabulation continued with a number of members orating on the current news of the peerage. Most notable among them were Captain Ortega (Retired) and Skipper Matthew “Jötunn” Mallory who both expounded on the latest dispatches from all over the Adventuring World.

To further cover the event, “Eye On The Globe” printed a special edition of its world-renowned newspaper and has announced a News Reel will soon follow.

In all, it was a lively and exquisite event as would be expected, and befitting, of the prestigious and vigorous members of The Royal Exploration Corps!
